National Punch Day!

Today is National Punch Day!  I never knew there was such a thing - but how fun!  Especially for my Krav Maga friends and followers!   If you don't know what Krav Maga is, you should go check out a class at a Krav Maga Worldwide affiliated Gym near you today to celebrate!  You will be so glad you did.  Their motto is "Get in Shape.  Go home safe!" and that is precisely what you get!  One of the most intense work outs ever AND some skills to save your life.
